- A confirmation email with your digital ticket(s) will be sent upon successful payment
- We reserve the right to limit the quantity of tickets purchased per transaction or per customer
Digital Ticket Delivery
Tickets are delivered electronically via email and/or through your account dashboard. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address associated with your account is correct and accessible. We are not responsible for tickets that are undeliverable due to incorrect contact information, spam filters, or technical issues on your end.
Ticket Transfers and Resale
You may transfer tickets to another individual through our platform's designated transfer feature, subject to event-specific restrictions. Unauthorized resale, duplication, or commercial distribution of tickets purchased through our Services is strictly prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
Event Changes and Cancellations
OTHERWORK, LLC is not the organizer or promoter of the events listed on our platform. In the event of a rescheduled event, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. In the event of a cancellation, we will process refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy. We are not liable for any additional expenses incurred due to event changes, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or related costs.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to interact with our Services
- Reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any portion of our Services without express written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our platform
- Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OTHERWORK, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York County, New York.
