This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date under reasonable conditions. Eligibility may vary depending on event timing and ticket delivery status. The following criteria apply:
- Within 30 Days: Refund requests submitted within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, provided the event has not yet occurred and tickets have not been redeemed or transferred.
- Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be automatically processed within 5-10 business days. No action is required on your part.
- Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase duplicate tickets, contact us immediately. Duplicate orders identified within 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date
- Tickets that have already been redeemed, scanned, or used for event entry
- Tickets that have been transferred to another individual
- Change of mind or personal scheduling conflicts (after the 30-day window)
- Partial event attendance or dissatisfaction with event content
- Force majeure events beyond the control of OTHERWORK, LLC or the event organizer
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

- Include your order confirmation number, the name on the account, and the reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion. This may apply when a portion of a multi-ticket order has been used, or when service fees are non-refundable per the terms agreed upon at checkout. The specific amount of any partial refund will be communicated to you during the review process.
Exchanges
While we do not offer direct ticket exchanges, you may request a refund for your current tickets (subject to eligibility) and purchase new tickets for a different event or date. Availability and pricing for new tickets are subject to current rates at the time of the new purchase.
Disputes
If you believe your refund request has been unfairly denied, you may escalate the matter by contacting our support team and referencing your original request. We will conduct a secondary review and provide a final determination within 5 business days. Our goal is to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
